1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tooly Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Woman App mobile application ("App").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Agree to comply with these Terms

2. Description of Service

Woman App is a mobile application that provides:

• Period Tracking: Tools to log and track menstrual cycles
• Fertility Predictions: Estimated ovulation and fertile window calculations
• Daily Horoscopes: Astrological content for entertainment purposes
• Health Logging: Features to record symptoms, moods, and notes
• Reminders: Notifications for upcoming periods and fertile days

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect other users' information without consent

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code, are owned by Tooly Tech LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any personal data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services.

6. Horoscope and Astrological Content

The horoscope and astrological content provided in the App is:

• For entertainment purposes only
• Not intended as professional advice of any kind
• Generated content that may not reflect actual events
• Not guaranteed to be accurate or predictive

You acknowledge that decisions made based on horoscope content are your own responsibility.

7. Health Information Disclaimer

7.1 Not Medical Advice

The health-related features in the App, including period predictions, fertility estimates, and symptom tracking, are:

• Based on general algorithms and user input
• Not personalized medical advice
• Not a substitute for professional healthcare
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition

7.2 Accuracy Limitations

Cycle predictions are estimates based on historical data and may not be accurate. Factors affecting accuracy include:

• Irregular cycles
• Health conditions
• Medications
• Stress and lifestyle factors
• Incomplete data entry

7.3 Contraception Warning

DO NOT use this App as a method of contraception or birth control. The fertility predictions are estimates only and should not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy.

8. Advertising

The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may be displayed during your use of the App
• We do not control the content of third-party ads
• Clicking on ads may take you to third-party websites
• We are not responsible for third-party products or services

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. If you make purchases:

• All sales are final unless required otherwise by law
• Refunds are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Prices may change without notice
• You are responsible for any charges incurred

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., social login, analytics). We are not responsible for:

• The availability of third-party services
• The content, policies, or practices of third parties
• Any damages arising from your use of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOHOO GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any health-related decisions made based on App content
• Any third-party actions or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tooly Tech LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Change features, functionality, or content
• Impose limits on certain features or access

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or other means.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: First, by contacting us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, through binding arbitration

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tooly Tech LLC regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
